About Jeremy

He loves Durango so much that he’s moved here three times! He has now been here almost 20 years and was lucky enough to marry into a long-time Durango family, which has provided him a keener insight into the changes the area has gone through over the years.

 

He is a lifelong negotiator [thanks Mom!] and always works to get the best deal possible for his clients, while maintaining a positive relationship with all those involved in the transaction. As opposed to a zero-sum game where one side wins and the other loses, He strives to find the middle ground that takes everyone’s needs into account and keeps the transaction moving forward on equitable terms.

 

He has moved cross-country multiple times, both while single and with a family in tow. He bought and sold personal homes both before and after starting a family, giving him well-rounded personal experiences that helped him both empathize with client needs and give advice throughout the entire process, not just the purchase or sale.

 

His pursuits are pretty common to the area, which is one of the reasons he has chosen to put his roots down here, and include hiking, desert trips, foraging, and most of all, skiing and snowboarding. Born and raised in the South, he actively works on passing along time honored Southern manners to his three children, and tries to be courteous with everyone he meets, as his parents, and pretty much everyone back home, taught him to be!
